The official Conference "Les rendez-vous de Septembre" took place a few days ago in Monte Carlo with the topic "Are we heading towards overregulation?".
The panellists - a regulator, an industry practitioner, and a philosopher - discussed threats and opportunities of regulation in the social, economic and philosophical context.
The regulator was John Tiner, Chief Executive FSA, UK.
